The PAD Atlas:
Developed in partnership with the National Minority Quality Forum (NMQF), the PAD Atlas is a database that maps by zip code PAD prevalence down to the street level. Researchers, patient advocacy groups, legislators and allied health professionals can use the PAD Atlas to identify prevalence of PAD at the national, state, and local levels to direct educational resources where they are needed most.
